Aliseda has completed the repositioning of the emblematic office building located in Plaza Cuatro Caminos, between Avenida Fernández Latorre and Calle Dr. Enrique Hervada, in A Coruña. The property, which for decades housed the offices of a well-known Galician banking institution, has now been transformed into a high-quality residential project that will add value to the city’s real estate market.
This transformation has resulted in 20 two- and three-bedroom homes, as reported in this extensive feature by La Voz de Galicia, including duplex penthouses and a unique residence with a living room–kitchen layout. All units have been developed to the highest quality standards and boast the top energy efficiency rating.
