The company has reached a commercial agreement with Metrovacesa for the marketing of 32 land plots located across Spain, with a total surface area of more than 250,000 square metres. The process will be carried out through Excent, the platform specialised in generating exclusive real estate opportunities across land, commercial and residential assets.
This portfolio stands out for its wide geographical and use diversity, including plots designated for residential, industrial and public facilities. With a strong presence in regions such as Castile and León, it represents a key opportunity for the development of urban projects in markets where demand for new-build housing remains solid.
This transaction forms part of Aliseda’s strategy to consolidate its position as a leading player in the generation of off-market real estate opportunities across the commercial, land and residential segments.
In 2025, the company has sourced more than €2.1 billion in exclusive real estate assets. In the residential segment, Aliseda is already marketing over 5,000 new-build homes for 120 developers through the Excent brand, supported by its commercial network and cutting-edge digital solutions.
