Aliseda has completed the sale of a 22,000 sqm industrial warehouse located in the Bràfim-Alió business park, in the province of Tarragona. The asset was acquired by the French SOCIMI Atland IM, in a transaction that strengthens Aliseda’s positioning in the management and commercialization of industrial and logistics assets.
The property, which has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, was leased to Transportes DGL at the time of the transaction. The deal reflects the growing investor interest in well-located industrial assets and confirms the expansionary momentum of the real estate market, with increased global investment and a particular focus on the logistics, hospitality, and office sectors.
The Bràfim-Alió business park is located in a strategic area of the province of Tarragona, offering excellent logistics connections and close proximity to the main transport corridors in northeastern Spain. These locations continue to consolidate their position as attractive hubs for industrial and logistics operators.
The transaction is part of Aliseda’s strategy to generate off-market opportunities for its clients, both in the tertiary and residential segments. In 2025, the company has secured more than €2.1 billion in exclusive real estate assets, of which over €300 million correspond to commercial real estate opportunities, including offices, hotels, industrial, and retail assets.
