Aliseda and APCE, the Association of Developers and Builders of Spain, have signed a strategic agreement to organize around twenty professional meetings throughout 2026 in the country’s main cities. Both organizations expect to bring together more than 1,000 developers, builders, and investors with the aim of thoroughly analyzing the housing market situation, sector dynamics, and business opportunities.

The agreement comes at a key moment for the Spanish real estate market, marked by the need to expand the residential stock and improve access to housing in collaboration with the public sector. The meetings will become a space for debate and reflection on future challenges, as well as a platform to identify projects that contribute to increasing residential supply.

APCE, which represents 95% of the development sector and brings together around twenty associations comprising more than 3,000 companies, highlights the importance of creating spaces for dialogue in a context of market transformation. For its part, Aliseda is the leading asset manager in generating opportunities in the Spanish real estate sector, both in the residential field, in land management, and in commercial real estate.

Both organizations are joining forces at a particularly relevant time for the real estate sector in Spain, due to the need to expand the residential stock and improve accessibility for families, in conjunction with the public sector. These professional meetings are conceived as a forum for debate and the exchange of ideas about the future of the sector, as well as a meeting point to explore opportunities that may lead to new real estate projects that expand the residential stock.
