Aliseda brought together more than 50 developers and investors in Oviedo for a sector-focused meeting aimed at analyzing real estate prospects in Asturias looking ahead to 2026, as well as sharing the market opportunities the company offers to the sector.

The event, organized in collaboration with the Asturian Construction Confederation (CAC-Asprocon), served as a meeting point to address the main challenges of real estate development and the role of different stakeholders in activating the market.

During the meeting, the focus was placed on the need to make progress in key areas such as streamlining administrative procedures in land management, boosting the housing stock, and improving conditions for residential renovation—essential elements to meet current demand.

The event featured the participation of Joel García Fernández, president of CAC-Asprocon, and María Calvo Carvajal, president of the Asturian Federation of Entrepreneurs (FADE), who shared her perspective on market trends in a discussion with Luis Alonso Plaza, Aliseda’s Land Director.

In this context, Aliseda presented its land portfolio in Asturias, where it has 18 assets with the capacity to develop around 1,740 homes, mainly located in Oviedo, Gijón, and Cangas, reinforcing its commitment to regional development and the creation of new residential opportunities.

Additionally, Fernando López, Aliseda’s Commercial Director, outlined the company’s capabilities to support developers at every stage of their projects—from identifying opportunities to development and commercialization—as well as its proposal to generate investment opportunities in segments such as logistics, offices, and retail.
