On Tuesday, April 21st, we held a key event in Valencia under the title “Aliseda: A New Turning Point.” In this meeting, which brought together more than 170 investors and developers, we carried out an in-depth analysis of the current real estate market outlook. The event not only served to confirm the strong attractiveness that the Valencian Community currently presents, but also to showcase our strategic capabilities in generating new investment opportunities in an increasingly demanding environment.

The institutional opening was led by Estefanía Martínez, Director General of the Valencian Housing and Land Entity (EVha), who outlined regional plans to promote the development of open-market, affordable, and social housing. This institutional framework was complemented by the analytical perspective of Rafael Pampillón, Professor of Applied Economics, who warned about the structural housing shortage in Spain. His diagnosis was clear: the mismatch between new household formation and available housing supply remains the main challenge facing the sector.

From Aliseda, we reinforced our position as strategic partners for the region. Luis Alonso Plaza, Head of Land, and Fernando López Clemente, Commercial Director, highlighted our territorial reach and the company’s role as the largest land marketer in Spain. Both emphasized that efficient urban planning management is the key driver for generating real value, explaining how we support investors and developers across the entire value chain: from asset acquisition to final commercialization.

The figures support our commitment to the Valencian market, where we manage a portfolio of 153 land assets with the capacity to develop around 14,800 homes, valued at €296 million. In addition, we continue to strengthen our role as a specialized CRE asset manager. As detailed by Katrina Molina Di Leone, CRE Manager for the region, over the last nine months we have identified opportunities worth €2.4 billion, of which €480 million are concentrated in industrial, commercial, logistics, and hotel assets.
