Aliseda participated as a Leading Partner in the Family Office & Private Wealth Real Estate Forum 2026, a benchmark event for the ecosystem of family offices and private capital specialized in real estate investment, where the company shared its vision on the main market trends and value creation opportunities.
During the event, Aliseda’s CEO, Eduard Mendiluce, took part in the roundtable “Real Investment Strategies of Family Offices,” where he analyzed some of the key drivers currently attracting the greatest investor interest, such as cash-on-cash returns, asset repositioning, and land.
In this context, Mendiluce highlighted the need to further professionalize the sector in order to undertake larger-scale transactions, as well as the importance of an advisory model that positions the client as a strategic partner, based on proximity, specialization, and a long-term vision.
This approach is supported by Aliseda’s activity, working with more than 170 clients, including a significant number of family offices, and managing around €50 million in opportunities each week, enabling the company to consistently identify value across different market segments.
The CEO also emphasized the role of commercial real estate as a hedge against inflation, the potential of ‘brown to green’ repositioning in prime assets located in tier-2 cities, and the opportunities offered by debt collateral as a way to generate value through specialized management.
Meanwhile, Aliseda’s Commercial Director, Fernando López Clemente, participated in the roundtable “Alternative Assets with Real Traction,” where he focused on an economic environment marked by uncertainty, in which investors prioritize return security.
In this regard, he pointed out three key areas where opportunities are currently concentrated: asset repositioning, alternative financing, and land management, a segment in which Aliseda holds a leading position, managing land for more than 120,000 homes.
