We recently hosted a new edition of "Aliseda: A New Turning Point" in Málaga, a strategic event that brought together more than 120 investors and real estate developers. The main objective was to analyse the dynamism of the Málaga property market, its current investment appeal, and the key challenges facing the sector.
As one of Spain's leading real estate consultancy and asset management companies, we are committed to supporting our clients throughout the development of their projects. This commitment is reflected in our results: over the past ten months, we have identified more than €2.7 billion in off-market opportunities from over 170 clients, of which nearly €1.5 billion correspond to logistics, industrial, hospitality, and retail assets.
The event featured presentations by José María Morente, Municipal Manager for Urban Planning, Public Works and Infrastructure at Málaga City Council, and Professor Rafael Pampillón Olmedo, who shared their perspectives on the current challenges facing the residential real estate market. In addition, our colleagues Luis Alonso, Land Director, and Fernando López, Commercial Director, showcased Aliseda's expertise in unlocking land value and enhancing tertiary assets through repositioning strategies, change-of-use projects, and commercialisation initiatives.
