At Aliseda, we are working together with the City Council of Seville on a real estate project that will enable the construction of 200 homes.

The northeastern area of the Nervión neighborhood in Seville is undergoing a major urban transformation through the redevelopment of the former Cruz del Campo land, where several housing developments are being built to create a new district.

At Aliseda, we are collaborating with the City Council of Seville on a real estate project that will allow for the construction of 200 homes, a 16-story tower for tertiary use, and another lower-rise building next to the Los Arcos shopping center, with more than 10,000 m² of tertiary buildable area.

The plan also includes the creation of over 300 underground parking spaces, which will help improve mobility in one of Seville’s busiest traffic areas.

This initiative also features a green corridor that will promote the integration of the project into the urban fabric of Nervión, creating a more livable and connected space.
