("ALISEDA"), with VAT ID B-86875689, registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, Volume 31646, Folio 58, Section 8, and Sheet M-569451, Entry 1, whose registered office is at Avenida de Manoteras, 12, 5th floor. 28050, Madrid, Spain. This document contains the legal notice and the terms of use of the Website (the "Legal Notice and Terms of Use" or the "Legal Notice") that ALISEDA makes available to users.

Accessing and using the Website by the user (the "User" or "Users", as applicable) implies that they fully accept and undertake to comply completely with the terms and conditions set out in this Legal Notice and Terms of Use. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each occasion they intend to use the Website, as it and its terms of use may be subject to modifications.

Terms of Use

The User agrees not to use the Website for fraudulent purposes, nor to engage in any conduct that could damage the image, interests, and rights of ALISEDA or third parties. Commercial Information Contained on the Website

The purpose of this Website is to provide information about the company, as well as the services offered to different investors, developers, and other potential clients who may be interested in them.

No real estate purchase transactions or any other type of transaction are legally concluded through the Website. Such transactions will be formalized, where applicable, exclusively through the execution of the corresponding contracts, according to the company's internal procedures.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

Establishment of links to the Website

The establishment of links to the Website is prohibited, unless previously authorized by ALISEDA. In any case, once the link has been authorized by ALISEDA, it must be established under the following terms:

In the event of a breach of any of the aforementioned terms, ALISEDA will proceed immediately and without prior notification to remove the link.

Linked Sites

In order to help you find additional information, we may include various technical link devices that allow the User to access other websites (the "Linked Sites"). In these cases, ALISEDA acts as an intermediary service provider, as provided in Article 17 of the LSSI. In accordance with said legislation, ALISEDA will not be responsible for the services and content provided through the Linked Sites, unless it has effective knowledge of the unlawfulness and has not disabled the link with due diligence.

In no case does the existence of Linked Sites imply recommendation, promotion, identification, or conformity of ALISEDA with the statements, content, or services provided through the Linked Sites. Consequently, ALISEDA is not responsible for the content of the Linked Sites, nor for their terms of use and privacy policies, with the User being solely responsible for checking and accepting them each time they access and use them.

The User shall be solely responsible if they access any of the linked sites; their visit and use are at their own risk. For this reason, the User must exercise extreme caution in the evaluation and use of the information, content, and services existing on the Linked Sites.

Reporting of Unlawful and Inappropriate Activities

In the event that the User or any other internet user becomes aware that any kind of information or content on the Website or provided through it is unlawful, harmful to the rights of third parties, contrary to the provisions of this Legal Notice, or in any other way harmful or contrary to morality, uses, and customs, they may contact ALISEDA indicating the following points:

Personal data of the communicator: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Description of the facts that reveal the illicit or inappropriate nature of the content or information, as well as the specific address at which it is available;
In the case of a violation of third-party rights, such as intellectual and industrial property, the details of the owner of the infringed right must be provided if they are a person other than the communicator. They must also provide the title that proves ownership of the infringed rights and, where applicable, the representation to act on behalf of the owner when they are a person other than the communicator.

The receipt by ALISEDA of the communication provided for in this clause shall not, according to the LSSI, imply effective knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the communicator, when this is not notorious or evident. In any case, ALISEDA reserves the right to suspend or remove content that, even if not illicit, is contrary to the rules established in this Legal Notice, weighing the legal interests in conflict in each case.

Liability of ALISEDA

The User should be aware that communications over open networks are exposed to a plurality of threats that make them unsafe. It is the User's responsibility to adopt all appropriate technical measures to reasonably control these threats, including having updated systems for detecting malicious software, such as viruses, trojans, etc., as well as having the security patches of the corresponding browsers updated. For more information, you can go to your Internet access service provider, who can provide you with solutions appropriate to your needs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALISEDA is not responsible for damages caused to the User as a result of risks inherent to the medium used, nor for those caused by vulnerabilities in its systems and tools. ALISEDA does not guarantee the total security of its systems and, although it has adopted adequate security measures, the existence of vulnerabilities cannot be totally ruled out and, consequently, the User must be cautious when interacting with the Website. ALISEDA will only be liable for damages caused by the use of the Website when said damages are directly caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of ALISEDA and there has been no negligence on the part of the User. In particular, ALISEDA will not be responsible for:

Damages of any kind caused to the User's computer equipment by viruses, worms, trojans, or any other harmful element.
Damages of any kind produced in the User that are caused by failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that produce the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the Website service during its provision. Third-party information in cases where it acts as an intermediary service provider in the sense given by the LSSI, except when there is effective knowledge and the corresponding information has not been removed.

Data Protection

Miscellaneous

In accordance with Article 3 of the LSSI, the laws applicable to the information society services that ALISEDA provides through the Website shall be those of the Kingdom of Spain.

In the event that any of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice is declared null and void, it shall be removed or replaced. In any case, said declaration of nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions contained in this Legal Notice.
