
After 6 years of management, we unblocked a stalled partial plan, achieving an annual return rate (IRR) of 15% and a multiple on invested capital (MOIC) of x2. With a net profit of €21M, the project includes 589 homes, a hotel, and more than 68,000 m² of buildable area. An operation that demonstrates our ability to transform strategic land into consolidated assets, generating urban and financial value.
