We executed a complete transformation of the asset, including demolition, interior redesign, facade restoration, and structural reinforcement in attics and basements. Furthermore, we legalized all installations and elevators. With an investment of €3.4M, we repositioned the asset in the A Coruña residential market, generating value and urban dynamism.
The Fuerturis residential complex underwent a comprehensive intervention: earthworks, street paving, interior adaptation, and legalization of installations. With €9.0M in investment, we promoted urban regeneration in the Canary Islands, positioning ourselves as a key agent in the transformation of the residential stock and in the activation of areas with high potential.
We adapted the interiors, legalized installations and elevators, and rehabilitated common areas, garages, and the facade. In addition, we modified the use of commercial premises, expanding the value of the asset. We guaranteed safety, habitability, and sanitation conditions in the Doña Lucía residential complex. We obtained licenses, activated utilities, and repaired damp, floors, carpentry, and sewage systems. The common areas were renovated with paint and replacement of elements. An investment of €2.1M that restored value and life to the asset, repositioning it in the market.
