The construction of Puig's corporate headquarters in Barcelona is an example of how Aliseda leads emblematic projects in the office sector. With an investment of €37M, we developed a building with 21 floors above ground and 3 below ground, totaling more than 23,500 m² of floor area. We prioritized energy efficiency, the use of renewable energies, and sustainable materials, consolidating our position as a benchmark in Project Management for prime assets.

The comprehensive renovation of the Málaga Halley building, with an investment exceeding €4M, achieved the Breeam "Very Good" certificate, positioning the asset as a benchmark in sustainability. Simultaneously, we refurbished the Bráfim logistics center (Tarragona) with €3M, culminating in a lease agreement with Transportes DGL. These two operations reflect our ability to revalue assets and boost the logistics and office market.

The sale of Sareb's corporate headquarters in Madrid, with a floor area of 6,000 m² and a value of €30M, is an example of how Aliseda advises on complex Sale & Leaseback operations. The strategic segmentation of the portfolio and the definition of key conditions such as the payment of IBI (Property Tax), maintenance, and rent updates, allow us to maximize value for the owner and guarantee operational viability for the tenant.
